The 60th annual Cranham Boundary Chase is held in association with the famous Cranham Deer Roast and inter-village cricket festival.

 

This 5.8 mile road race is run around the boundary of the picturesque Cotswold village of Cranham.

 

It is an undulating course starting and finishing on the common,  through Cranham Wood and Cranham Village with a hard steep uphill climb back to the finish at the cricket club.

 

Perpetual trophies belonging to the Cranham Deer Roast committee, plus other prizes will be awarded at the Race Director’s discretion.

 

Entry fees are £5.00 attached / £6.00 unattached in advance. £2 extra for entry on the day.

Race Entry fees were held down for many years but raised this year due to increase in cost of First Aid cover .

 

All holders of perpetual trophies won at last year’s race are politely requested to return them to the Cranham Deer Roast committee by 30th June 2011. Anyone unable to return a trophy by this date should contact the committee Chairman, Mrs Jane Shepherd or contact Race Director Mike Storey. 

 

 

A “Junior Common Race” will be held starting at 5:00pm.

Please note on this ninth year of the annual Junior Cranham Common Race, all junior runners will receive a race memento, an energy bar and a bottle of drink, all for an entry fee of £2:00.
