Gloucester AC Road Race Series How it works The aim of this competition is to encourage athletic club members to compete frequently. The distance section is composed of 30+ runners, male and female, aged 20 to 62 and so that the competition is not dominated by the fastest athletes it is scored using tables that take account of the runner's age and gender. These are found through http://www.howardgrubb.co.uk/athletics/ The races are spread over the summer/autumn road race season and cover the whole range of distances raced locally and 11 races selected after consultation with the distance runners. The runners best 6 performances over the 11 races count towards his/her total. Race series controlled and scored by Arthur Daley |

Gloucester AC Road Race Series 2010 Complete 6 of these races to beat last year’s winner Arthur Daley. Performances are scored using the World Athletic Veterans Association scoring charts which equalises performances by men and women in one year age groups |
