Blackbridge Track Update

Garry and I attended a meeting at the City Council this morning (Thursday 29th March). The news is that the tenders have been shortlisted to six, and these are now being more fully evaluated. These are all within budget so that everything we need in order to have a certificated athletics facility is affordable. Moreover there is likely to be funds available, at least, to part fund other desirable items of equipment, e.g. hard covers for PV, HJ and LJ pits, judges' stands, a full set of hurdles etc etc....
Cranham Boundary Chase
Sainsbury's Active Kids vouchers will be available to collect from 15th February through to 10th April 2012. The Tesco Vouchers are available from 12th March 2012. Please donate your vouchers via the collection box at the Club House. Garry will look after these and send them off.
