We compete in several Track & Field Leagues. Both Men’s and Women’s teams won their divisions of the Midland Track and Field Leagues in 2007 and currently  2010 in Division 1 of the combined Midland Track and Field League, forming a composite team with Severn AC.

All age groups compete in the Avon League and school-aged athletes run, throw and jump in the Young Athletes League.

As from 2012 we are also competing in the National Junior League.

See our news page for regular updates as well as records

We have athletes of all ages and abilities competing from junior right through to masters/vet. categories at Local, County, National and International levels

Track & Field Fixtures 2012

Notice to all Gloucester AC officials and helpers

We as a club are obliged to supply the following [officials] at all track and field meetings which this club is involved in. Namely Midland Senior/YA League/Avon League - 1 Timekeeper, 1 Track Judge, A Field Team (minimum of 4) and we can use helpers where possible as long as a graded official is present to oversee the event. We often host a Young Athletes match at Yate and we are obliged to supply the main officials, track referee, chief timekeeper, track marksman, field team (minimum of 6) results team, and we we need (male) helpers for moving hurdles as there are no stadium staff at Yate. The above are required to stage the meeting.

Last but not least we need a refreshment team to sell them on the day and this will help offset the costs. The reason these requests are being made is because I am responsible for the meeting on the day.
